A man is in serious condition and another has been charged as a result of a stabbing outside a Bridgewater tavern early Sunday morning. Police say the victim received a single stab wound to his chest around 2:20am and was transported to South Shore Regional Hospital for treatment. Thirty-two year old Jahmal Leslie Thomas of Bridgewater was arrested at the scene. He's been charged with aggravated assault, assault with a weapon and possession of a weapon dangerous to the public peace. Thomas will be in Bridgewater court Monday morning. Bridgewater Police are looking for public information, witnesses, who may have information concerning the case.
