Three Major Leaders Rushing To The Finish Line

All three major political leaders in the province are on the dash to the finish line, a day before Nova Scotians head to the polls. On this final day of the campaign, NDP Leader Darrell Dexter is reminding voters of the successes of his government in the past four years. He tells us, a higher than usual undecided factor is weighing heavily on everyone.

Meanwhile, Progressive Conservative Leader Jamie Baillie is finishing off his campaign, visiting ridings held by the NDP.

Liberal Leader Stephen McNeil says by the end of today, he will have visited all of the province’s 51 ridings during the campaign.

Polls open Tuesday morning at 8 o'clock and remain open for 12 hours, until 8pm.
