Highway 103 has re-opened following a two vehicle crash between exits 9 and 10 early this morning heading towards Halifax. The highway was closed roughly six hours after an 18-wheeler collided with a honda civic around 7:45am. RCMP Sgt. Alain LeBlanc says the driver of the Honda was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the tractor trailer was treated by EHS and released. Police are investigating the incident.
