New Queens-Shelburne MLA Takes Oath

The new MLA for Queens-Shelburne has been sworn-in at the provincial Legislature. NDP member Sterling Belliveau took his oath inside the red chamber. He was returned to office following the October 8th election, where he won the riding over PC candidate Bruce Inglis and Liberal member Benson Frail. He will be the NDP's critic for Fisheries and Aquaculture, Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, and Natural Resources. (Photo Courtesy: Communications Nova Scotia)
