The town of Yarmouth will have something extra to cheer about during next week's World Junior 'A' Hockey Challenge. Barrington's Morgan Messenger has been named to team Canada East following a three-day tryout in Oakville, Ontario. Messenger plays for the Yarmouth Mariners in the Maritime Hockey League. The 17-year-old has five goals and seven assists in 13 games this season. He'll dawn the red and white Canadian colours Saturday night when Canada East plays an exhibition game against the Czech Republic in Barrington at 7pm.
