It could be one of the most interesting election races in the Municipality of Lunenburg. Former school board member Gary Mailman is running in District 9 against former provincial politician Carolyn Bolivar-Getson and John Harley. Mailman says he wants to represent a younger demographic on council.Mailman says he wants to tackle issues like sustainability and attracting young professionals to the area. Councillor Arthur Young is vacating the seat and retiring after serving on council for 42 years. Elections will be held October 20.
