Phone Issues Disrupt Patient Intake


It was a frustrating night for hundreds of people trying to get through a patient intake phone line. There were 150 spaces open for Bridgewater area residents trying to secure a primary care provider. However, there was a problem with the phone line set up for Dr. Shelia Dwyer. Some callers tried for hours to get through but only got a busy signal. A recorded phone message was later put up apologizing for the inconvenience. It also states another intake will be announced in the near future.
