Grief counselors will be working with students at Petite
Riviere Elementary today. Nine year-old Olive Moore was a student at the school and was
killed after she was hit by a van backing up in a driveway on Saturday. The girl was taken to South Shore Regional Hospital where
she later died from her injuries. A 30 year-old woman from Mount Pleasant was arrested for
impaired driving but was released from custody on Sunday. No charges have been
laid. RCMP say their investigation is ongoing.
