Bridgewater's Relay for Life event has helped raise at least $89,000 towards cancer research. The leadership co-chair, Sarah Sweeny, says money is still funneling in from people since Friday night's event at the South Shore Exhibition grounds and they hope to get an official total before the end of the week. She says roughly 320 people participated in the event. Sweeny says there's five areas where the money will go.Another Relay for Life event is planned for June 21 in Chester.
