BREAKING: Leblanc Sentenced To 11 Years For Teen Chaining
David James Leblanc will spend the next 11 years in jail for his role in chaining up and sexually assaulting a teenage boy in Upper Chelsea last fall. Leblanc pleaded guilty last month to kidnapping a 16-year-old boy and holding him against his will in a run down cabin for ten days last September. During his sentencing hearing today, the boy's mother told the Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Bridgewater that her son has been traumatized since the horrific incident.
