School Board Wins Fourth Consecutive Transportation Award

It's a gold star for the regional school board's transportation department. The division won its fourth consecutive Nova Scotia Pupil Transportation Gold award. The awards are presented for high scores in safety and performance-related areas. Transportation Coordinator, Denise Crouse, says the award is another notch in the belt for the team of workers.

The board operates 87 buses that transport roughly 6,500 students daily.
