A Shelburne County man remains in custody after appearing in court to face drug charges. RCMP found a quantity of marihuana and packaging materials allegedly utilized for marihuana distribution while searching a home along Highway 3 in Woods Harbour Thursday. Twenty-six year-old Thomas Anthony Foster Nickerson was arrested without incident. He is charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking and breach of a court order. Nickerson appeared in court Friday, where he was remanded to custody until July 8th in Yarmouth provincial court. Saturday, July 6, 2013
