"Adolescents live in the moment. If an adolescent realizes that he or she has some type of issue or difficulty that he or she wants to get help for, we need to have that service available in a timely way before the mood changes, you know, before the impulse changes or the motivation to address the issue."Leader says councillors will be provided by an on-demand need from students. The additional councillors are expected to start in September.
