Official opening ceremonies will be held tomorrow (Tuesday) in Liverpool for a new school in the area. The South Queens Middle School has actually been in operation since January. Tomorrow though, the new ultra-modern facility, featuring high-tech, state of the art learning tools, will be dedicated during opening ceremonies at noon. Education and Early Childhood Development Minister Karen Casey will cut the ceremonial ribbon. South Queens Middle School is home to 240 students in grades 6 to 8. The ceremony begins at noon at the school at 157 Old Bridge Street in Liverpool.
