Mustangs Score Overtime Win Over Halifax

The Charlies Pizza South Shore Mustangs drew first blood against the Halifax McDonalds. Jordan Messenger scored the overtime winner as the Mustangs defeated Halifax 2-1 Saturday night. The win gives the Mustangs a 1-0 lead in their best-of-seven playoff series. Alex Nauss also scored while Colby Muise stopped 36 shots in the win. Game two goes Sunday afternoon in Halifax
