A Yarmouth County man is facing a number of charges following an RCMP investigation into the South West Shore Development Authority. Sixty-four year old Ronald Francis Anderson of Lake George has been charged with eight counts of uttering forged documents and one count of fraud over $5,000. The investigation goes back to September 2012 when the province's Department of Economic and Rural Development referred the matter to police following a forensic examination.The examination revealed some key findings around expense claims and supplier invoices. Anderson is scheduled to appear in Yarmouth Court on December 10.
