Advance polls for the municipal and school board election will open on Thursday morning in a number of communities throughout the Shore Shore. Residents of the Town of Bridgewater and Municipality of Chester can cast their ballot through e-votes beginning at 8AM. Meanwhile, advance polls will also open tomorrow morning for residents in the Town of Clark's Harbour, Town of Lunenburg, Region of Queens, Town of Shelburne and Municipality of Shelburne. Voting takes place in those jurisdictions on Thursday from Noon until 8PM via the traditional paper ballot. Polling day is October 20th.

Town of Clarke's Harbour: - Royal Canadian Legion Building, 12 Kenny Street, Clark's Harbour. Voting takes place between the hours of 12PM-8PM
Town of Lunenburg: Lunenburg and District Fire Hall, 25 Medway Street, Lunenburg. Voting takes place between the hours of 12PM-8PM
Region of Queens: Greenfield Fire Hall, Milton Hall, West Queens Community Centre. Voting takes place between the hours of 12PM-8PM
Town of Shelburne: Shelburne Community Centre. Voting takes place between the hours of 12PM-8PM.
Municipality of the District of Shelburne: Municipal Public Works Building, 243 Sandy Point Road. Voting takes place between the hours of 12PM-8PM
